Order Pause – Clearing the Backlog
We’ve hit a point where demand has overtaken production. Some orders are already 4–6 weeks in, and we want to make sure every customer gets the quality they paid for.
To do this properly, we’re stopping all new orders until we clear the current queue.
Every existing order will be completed and shipped as quickly as possible.
We’ll announce the reopening as soon as we’re caught up.
